Operation Glass Ledger
Original Mission created by RENSIC.
Submit Your Research MissionMission Overview
"With great power comes great scrutiny."
Our world is increasingly directed by unelected supranational controllers. A network of several thousand high-net-worth individuals is actively manipulating and controlling key positions of power, making unilateral decisions that affect the entire planet—from global health and environmental policies to media narratives and technological infrastructure. The average person has been systematically stripped of the power to prevent these decisions, influence them, or even fully understand how they are being made behind closed doors.
Operation Glass Ledger is designed to pierce this veil of engineered obscurity. We are mobilizing a decentralized intelligence agency of citizens to track the capital flows, philanthropic fronts, and political proxies of the world's ultra-wealthy. By mapping the dark money, offshore tax havens, and overlapping board memberships, we can reveal exactly how planetary-scale decisions are bought and sold.
Primary Objective
To expose the hidden influence networks of the global elite by tracking their financial assets, political donations, and media acquisitions.
Scope
The top 2,000 wealthiest individuals globally, their associated foundations, shell corporations, and political action committees.
Goal: To systematically map, document, and make entirely transparent the financial networks, political influence, and corporate control of the top 2000 high-net-worth individuals worldwide, creating an immutable public ledger of the supranational controllers that empowers citizens to hold them accountable.
Mandatory Tools First
In order to participate in this Mission, ProofMode is required for physical evidence gathering, alongside specialized open-source forensic tools for digital and financial analysis:
ProofMode
A lightweight app that turns your phone into a secure evidence-gathering device by automatically adding cryptographic signatures and metadata. Essential for capturing verifiable photos or videos of physical documents, corporate offices, or assets.
proofmode.orgWhen you download ProofMode, this is what you need to do before you use it:
- ProofMode: Video set to 1080 30fps. DO NOT use 4K video. Ensure location services are enabled for accurate metadata.
Open Source Forensic Tools (Digital & Financial Analysis):
OpenCorporates
The largest open database of companies in the world. Essential for tracing shell companies and corporate networks used for money laundering.
opencorporates.comOCCRP Aleph
An investigative data platform that helps trace assets, track corporate ownership, and uncover financial connections across borders.
aleph.occrp.orgICIJ Offshore Leaks Database
A database of offshore companies, foundations, and trusts from the Panama Papers, Paradise Papers, and other major leaks.
offshoreleaks.icij.orgOpenSecrets
Great for seeing the big picture of dark money, lobbying, and political spending that influences administrative personnel.

Research Protocol
SOP-GL: High-Net-Worth Network Mapping
1. Objective
To standardize the transformation of raw open-source data (SEC filings, offshore leaks, private jet tracking, philanthropic foundation grants) into verified evidentiary packages that map the influence of the top 2,000 high-net-worth individuals.
2. Execution Guide
- Asset Tracking: Identify and document shell companies, offshore accounts, and real estate holdings using public registries and leaked datasets (e.g., Panama Papers, Paradise Papers).
- Influence Mapping: Trace political donations, lobbying expenditures, and grants from philanthropic foundations to policy-making institutions.
- Media Control: Document ownership stakes in major media conglomerates, social media platforms, and independent news outlets.
- Corroboration: Every claim must be backed by at least two independent, verifiable sources.
