The Vision
To create a "Global Immune System" that detects biological threats before they reach the "outbreak" phase. We leverage the raw efficiency of Incentivized Intelligence to outperform billion-dollar agencies at a fraction of the cost.

Mandatory Tools First
In order to participate in Missions, you will need at least one of these two apps for all physical missions. Other specialized open-source forensic tools are required for the digital and financial analysis phases of this Mission:
ProofMode
A lightweight app that turns your phone into a secure evidence-gathering device by automatically adding cryptographic signatures and metadata. Essential for physical site surveillance and "trash-pulls" to ensure chain of custody.

An open-source physics application developed by RWTH Aachen University that utilizes your smartphone's sensors. Useful for detecting heavy machinery (like industrial centrifuges or HVAC systems) vibrations from outside suspected facilities.
phyphox.orgWhen you download the apps, this is what you need to do before you use them:
- Phyphox: Vibration Frequency set to 100Hz to capture high-frequency industrial equipment.
- ProofMode: Video set to 1080 30fps. DO NOT use 4K video. Ensure location services are enabled for accurate metadata.

Crucial for Milestone 2. Link analysis software used for mapping corporate structures, financial ties, and identifying PRC-leverage networks.

Project CCP Nexus: Execution Milestones
Milestone 1: The "Digital Tripwire" (Seed Round)
Funding Goal: $95,000
Deliverable: Deployment of the Automated Procurement Watchdog.
The Mission: This tool scrapes global import/export manifests and "dark" equipment auction sites for the "Pathogen Starter Kit" (CO2 incubators, -80°C freezers, and specific PCR reagents) being shipped to non-validated residential or commercial shell addresses.
Donor Value: You are funding the "Eyes" of the project. This phase identifies the top 50 "Addresses of Interest" for deep forensic dives.
Milestone 2: The "Nexus-Mapping" Bounty (Growth Phase)
Funding Goal: $300,000
Deliverable: The PRC-Leverage Link Analysis.
The Mission: Funding specific "Tier 1" awards ($5,000 each) for forensic analysts who prove a financial or corporate link between "Addresses of Interest" and known PRC state-nexus entities (United Front, BGI, etc.).
Donor Value: You are funding the "Brain." This layer separates "garage hobbyists" from "State Actors." It ensures we only target the high-risk "Risk" pieces.
Milestone 3: The "Bio-Thermal" Sweep
Funding Goal: $500,000
Deliverable: Decentralized Satellite Surveillance & Thermal Auditing.
The Mission: We purchase high-resolution Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) satellite data for the Top 20 targets. We offer bounties for physical "trash-pulls" or wastewater DNA sensor data in those specific zones.
Donor Value: This is the "Endgame." By the end of this milestone, we will have a Court-Ready Forensic Dossier on an illegal lab.

Submission Requirements
Citizen Researchers are required to submit these two files (completely filled out; the .json is pre-filled with Mission-specific metadata) alongside the raw evidence Phyphox .csv file and the ProofMode video file for full review, validation, and payment.
